Mobile development has given me unique experiences beyond day-to-day work, like competing in challenging hackathons and leading workshops to share knowledge. This section highlights events that shaped my career, reflecting my commitment to innovation and collaboration in tech.

Hackathon - "International Space Apps Challenge"

In 2019, I took part in the International Space Apps Challenge, a NASA-organized hackathon focused on tech solutions for environmental problems. Over 24 hours, I worked with a diverse team to build an app that used OCR to identify improperly discarded waste and report it to local authorities and support networks, helping ensure proper collection.

It was a challenging and rewarding experience, from building an innovative solution to presenting it to an audience of evaluators. Collaborating under pressure and exploring new ideas under tight constraints was a valuable lesson that left a mark on my career.

Workshop - "Developer Life"

In late 2023, I was invited by Visionnaire to lead the "Developer Life" workshop at the closing of their developer training program. I shared my own experience after completing that same program and gave practical advice for people starting out in the job market and the corporate world.

It was a challenging and rewarding experience. Helping participants with guidance that made their transition into the career easier and more confident felt genuinely meaningful. Putting together an engaging, motivating presentation for an audience I didn't know was also a real opportunity for personal and professional growth. The positive feedback from participants confirmed it was worth it.
